Medium: Copics, Color Pencil, White Gel Pen

Statement: Using copics, color pencils, and a white gel pen, I explored the similarities between clocks, gears, and oranges since all are circular, radial, sector based objects. I employed similar shapes to create a cohesive composition and used impossible triangles to create a more surreal feel. Through this piece, I wanted to convey the idea that despite being very different in many aspects, communities and individuals also have much in common. Together, they can work in harmony and create a cohesive art piece.
